The Challenge is a four week program of various styles of yoga and Marda's signature Whole foods low carb/ketogenic lifestyle protocol.   

 

When you sign up for the challenge you will receive Module 1 of my signature course, The Wholefoods low carb/keto transformation.  Module 1 is called prep week and will get you set up for success.  The yoga classes in this challenge are accessible for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners.  The classes include: Dynamic power vinyasa, Gentle vinyasa, Alignment yoga sculpt (my signature class that will sculpt your body ! You will be amazed at what is uncovered when you lose that layer of belly fat that is covering up those abs),  Beginner vinyasa and meditation practices. 

Yoga and my Whole foods Low carb/ keto protocol has dramatically improved my life and I cannot wait to share all these tools with each one of you, helping you find your perfect combination of yoga and low carb/keto.

The mindfulness of yoga will help you stay the course with low carb/keto making better choices throughout the day.  

 I am a certified Ketogentic Health Coach and I have been developing this program for the last several years.   I have been teaching yoga for the last 13 years and am certified through Yoga Alliance.   Both yoga and low carb/keto have both significantly improved my health and quality of life. I have successfully reversed a pre-diabetic diagnoses through my whole foods low carb/keto lifestyle.  You will learn a lot about quality foods and how in the last decade the prepackaged convenience foods we eat are killing us causing many diseases.  

Many people fail when going it alone at low car/keto because they do not have accurate information.  I am excited to share this with each one of you and guide you through this four week challenge with all the information you need to be SUCCESSFUL.  I am not going to go over all the benefits of yoga and of low carb-  there are just sooooooo many.  

Each week in the challenge you will receive: 

  • New low carb/keto Module (their are five modules) teaching you new information about the low carb/keto lifestyle. Each module comes with videos and pdf's to support you on this journey.  And, unlike the typical low fat/ calorie diet you will NEVER be hungry.  

  • A month long membership to my LIVE yoga classes (The Power of Yoga) and full video library.  The classes.  Alignment Yoga Sculpt , Dynamic power vinyasa,  Gentle vinyasa and a beginner vinyasa series.   Each session will include Q & A session before and after.  If you are unable to make a live interactive class session then head over to the library and pick a pre-recorded class. 

  • Meditation, mindfulness and gratitude journaling practices. PDF's for journaling and detailed instructions on various types of meditation. 

  • Facebook group for the challenge.  Support each other, share recipes and ask each other and Marda questions.

  • Every Monday night of the challenge I will host an FB LIVE/ ZOOM for participants.  

  • In addition to my Wholefoods Low carb/ Keto program I will also share some of my favorite "clean" product recipes.
