Now offering virtual yoga sessions. I will have you connected to my big screen TV so I can guide you in and out of poses. Each private lesson is individualized to you and your goals.
How does this work for you?

Book a discovery call to see if we are a good fit to work together. We will discuss your personal goals, injuries and discuss a plan for working together. If you are ready, we will set a date for your first session. Your first session is a discounted $30.

Before your first session you will receive an intake form to fill out so I can prepare for your first class.

At the end of your first session we will schedule your next session. I recommend at a minimum one hour long session per week.
Pricing: One hour long yoga session is $70 . We will schedule your next session at the end of each class. Payment for the next session is due upon the booking session.
Remember:
It's okay if you can't touch your toes. That is one of the reasons you should start a yoga practice. We will work through your imbalances and create a practice each and every week to help you grow body, mind and spirit. You don't have to plan or think up a practice - leave that to me. You don't have to avoid yoga because of your injury or sport-specific needs - we will find the best variations for you.
