This class combines Vinyasa Yoga with strength exercises using hand weights and props for a complete full-body workout that targets strength, mobility, and flexibility. Focus on proper alignment and engage in slow, controlled movements with eccentric and concentric actions for optimal results. 🏋️
Today’s Class: A full-body strength training session with levels L1 to L4 for all fitness backgrounds. Recommended weights are a light set (3-5 lbs) and a heavier set (5-10 lbs), plus 2 yoga blocks (optional). Marda uses 3's and 5's, doubling up when extra resistance is needed.
